We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused

Academic Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and parents regarding academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways, while also contributing to student enrollment and promoting the institution as a trusted educational brand.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about academic courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and online). Assist students in understanding course structures, eligibility, and career benefits. Organize and participate in educational campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities. Maintain proper follow-up with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads into admissions. Support in developing marketing strategies to promote the school/college. Ensure accurate documentation and maintain student records.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred). Prior experience as an academic counsellor or in the education industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, well-spoken, and able to handle parent and student interactions effectively. Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets. Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm to learn may also apply.
