Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students across various platforms (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
Provide accurate information about courses, admission processes, and career prospects
Counsel students and parents effectively to convert leads into confirmed admissions
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to admission closure and onboarding
Meet or exceed monthly admission targets (
minimum 15 admissions per month
)
Maintain and update student information in the CRM system regularly
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
Follow up with leads systematically and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Participate in info sessions, webinars, and events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (any discipline); a background in education or management preferred
2 to 4 years
of experience in counseling, telesales, academic advising, or inside sales
Proven track record of
achieving targets
in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages
High level of confidence, interpersonal ability, and a consultative approach
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and communication platforms
