Academic Counsellor

to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the academic journey, helping them choose appropriate courses, and supporting their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career options. Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses. Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities. Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and enrollment. Provide information on curriculum, program outcomes, and career opportunities. Collaborate with faculty and admin teams to ensure student satisfaction. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred). 2 to 5 years of experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or admissions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
