Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about beauty & wellness courses
Understand students' problems, concerns, and career goals and provide appropriate solutions
Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries
Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities clearly
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records
Conduct and coordinate
BTL (Below The Line) activities
such as school/college visits, workshops, seminars, and local promotions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and support
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as an Academic Counsellor / Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
Graduate (Any stream)
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
Target-driven, empathetic, and student-focused attitude
