Role: Academic Counsellor
Key Responsibility: Drive admissions and guide students through course selection.
Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
Counsel students on courses, fees, and career options.
Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly targets.
Maintain follow-up lists and daily calling.
Share batch schedules, exam details, and institute procedures.
Support students throughout their course journey.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS records.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in counselling/sales (education preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
Target-driven and confident personality.
