We are looking for a motivated
Academic Counsellor
to join our admissions team in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective students through our online UG/PG course offerings and assisting them with the entire enrollment process through structured counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students via phone, chat, and in-person sessions
Understand student goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
Provide support throughout the application and documentation process
Ensure a high-quality experience for students and their parents
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience in telesales or academic counselling preferred
CRM familiarity is an advantage
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
