Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person regarding academic programs and career opportunities. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs offered by the institution. Provide accurate and timely information on course content, admission procedures, payment plans, and timelines. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to encourage enrollment. Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and other promotional events. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets related to student counseling and conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in academic counseling, student services, or EdTech is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with students. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Experience in counseling for higher education, test prep, or online courses. Understanding of education systems and career pathways.

Pay: ?11,249.96 - ?40,000.00 per month
