Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on available academic programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, and regular follow-ups.
Explain program details, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly.
Generate and convert leads through effective tele-counseling.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Generate referrals and walk-ins through telephonic engagement.
Achieve individual and team admission targets within deadlines.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Good command of English and local languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
