We need a reliable

Academic Counsellor

who can boost our business by guiding students. Your job is to counsel students, understand their needs, suggest suitable courses, and maintain strong relationships. If you're good at talking to people and can clearly explain our services over email, phone, and in person, we want to talk to you. Your goal is to support our company's steady growth by increasing student enrolments and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities. Research the market to understand student needs and preferences. Actively reach out to potential students via calls, emails, networking, and social media. Arrange and conduct counselling sessions to understand requirements and concerns. Prepare and deliver presentations about courses and services. Maintain regular reports with enrolment and financial information. Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions. Handle objections or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with the team to achieve enrolment targets. Collect feedback from students and share it with the internal team.

Job Type:

3 months probation period (Fresher)
Pay:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month
After Probation (Full Time):

CTC Range: 4 LPA - 6 LPA
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹12,789.90 - ₹37,863.82 per month
