Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Research the market to understand student needs and preferences.
Actively reach out to potential students via calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Arrange and conduct counselling sessions to understand requirements and concerns.
Prepare and deliver presentations about courses and services.
Maintain regular reports with enrolment and financial information.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions.
Handle objections or complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the team to achieve enrolment targets.
Collect feedback from students and share it with the internal team.
