Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Provide detailed information about course content, structure, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Maintain and update student records and admission data on a regular basis.
Follow up with students through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp for course enrollment and fee payment.
Coordinate with internal teams (faculty, admin) for smooth admission and onboarding process.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets as per institute goals.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred)
Proven experience as an
Tele calling and lead follow-up experience
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
