Academic Counsellor
to provide career guidance and academic support to prospective students. The role involves counselling students, managing enquiries, and assisting with the admissions process while maintaining high standards of student engagement and service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and career counselling to students and parents
Explain course structures, learning outcomes, and certification details
Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone calls, and online enquiries professionally
Guide students through the admission and enrolment process
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Ensure a positive counselling and enrolment experience for students
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline)
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to guide students with clarity and confidence
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply
