Maintain admission records, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
Coordinate with trainers and placement team to support students.
Guide students for interview preparation and placement readiness.
Participate in seminars, events, and admission campaigns.
Required Skills
Strong communication and counselling skills.
Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
Basic knowledge of education/training industry (added advantage).
Good convincing skills & follow-up discipline.
Friendly, professional and student-focused attitude.
Qualifications
Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
Experience in counselling / tele calling / admissions is an advantage.
