? Key Responsibilities:
Counselling student leads over phone calls to understand their career goals and suggest suitable courses
Responding to WhatsApp messages from students in a timely and professional manner
Following up consistently with leads to close course enrollments
Supporting fee collection process by coordinating with students and finance team
Maintaining effective communication between students, trainers, and internal teams
Managing and updating lead records in the CRM system
Providing clear and accurate information about course structure, batch timing, fees, and career support
Ensuring a smooth handover of enrolled students to the training team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or academic counselling (6 months to 3 years)
Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Highly motivated with a passion for helping students grow
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Any degree graduate
