Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online. Follow up with potential enrollees and maintain CRM records. Provide detailed course information and support the enrollment process. Keep the reception area tidy and assist with school events. Address grievances promptly and work toward revenue targets. Report monthly progress to management.

Qualifications:

Graduate with 0-3 years of academic counselling experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

Week Off: In Weekdays

Location: Anna Salai (Chennai) & Adyar (Chennai)
