? Experience - Fresher/2 Years and above

Qualification & Certifications Required:

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

? Preferred: A background in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

? Student Counselling: Provide career guidance and academic counselling to prospective students, specifically focusing on aligning their goals with the company's IT training programs (e.g., software development, data science, networking).

? Sales & Admissions: Drive admissions for various IT courses/training programs to achieve enrollment targets.

? Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all counselling sessions, student inquiries, and admissions data.

? IT Program Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of the content and career outcomes of the IT service development, IT hiring, and IT training courses offered by GeniQom Technologies.

? Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and manage the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

General Skills & Abilities

? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

? Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.

? Result-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed admissions targets.

? IT Awareness: Basic knowledge of the IT industry and common IT terminology (e.g., software, coding, IT services) is essential to effectively counsel students on relevant programs.

? Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing time, tasks, and using basic office software (MS Office/CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
