Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to assist students in career planning and academic decision-making Support students in identifying and achieving their educational and career goals Stay updated with current trends in education and industry demands Assist with college admissions process Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions

Qualifications:

Any graduate degree Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly Solid understanding of career development strategies and counseling methodologies Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and varying learning styles Familiarity with college admissions processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information professionally
