Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic

Admissions Counselor (or Sales & Outreach Executive)

to convert potential leads into enrollments through cold calling, direct consulting, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and explain program offerings. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person consultations. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses. Address inquiries about admissions, fees, and program details. Maintain a database of leads and track conversion progress. Achieve enrollment targets through persuasive communication.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Proven experience in telemarketing or academic counseling. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work proactively. Minimum 1 year experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
