Location: MG Road, BangaloreWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)Experience: 6 months - 2 years Joining: ImmediateAge Limit: Below 30 years:The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students about suitable academic programs, assisting them with admission procedures, and ensuring they have a positive learning experience.Roles and Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures.- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries.- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions.- Update and maintain student records in CRM.- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
