Trainable Spirit: You have a hunger for feedback and can pivot your strategy immediately when coached. Grit & Resilience: You view "No" as a request for more information and don't give up until you've found a solution for the family. Communication Powerhouse: You can explain complex concepts like Artificial Intelligence or Deep Math intuitively to parents who may not be tech-savvy. Empathy-First: You can build strong emotional bonds with parents, understanding that their child's education is their #1 priority. Prior work: Prior internship experience is preferred. A strong background in competitive sports, dance, cultural activities, or college fest coordination is a major plus. We look for "performers" who understand success and failure equally.
