We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding aspiring design students and helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling:

Understand the aspirations and interests of students and provide tailored guidance for entrance exams such as NID, NIFT, UCEED, and others.

Explain course details, syllabus, teaching methodologies, and exam patterns to students and parents.

Enrollment Management:

Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating the value of the programs.

Academic Guidance:

Assist students in choosing the right courses based on their aptitude, skills, and career goals.

Provide guidance on portfolio preparation, exam strategies, and career pathways in design.

Administrative Support:

Maintain student records, track their progress, and follow up regularly.

Coordinate with faculty members to schedule classes and address any student concerns.

Marketing Support:

Participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase awareness about the academy's offerings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials such as brochures, posters, and social media content.

Stay Updated

:
Keep abreast of changes in design college entrance exams, including syllabus updates, admission processes, and industry trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Design, Psychology, or a related field).

Experience in academic counselling, student engagement, or education-related roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.

Knowledge of design education and entrance exams (NID, NIFT, UCEED, etc.) is an added advantage.

Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
