Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Make 150+ cold calls per day to potential learners and working professionals.

- Pitch and sell Certybox's courses, including Data Science, Project Management, Cloud Computing, and more.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses.

- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain CRM records and report daily performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

- Target based job. Those who are interested can apply.

Requirements:



- 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

- Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.

- Prior experience in edtech or telesales is a plus.
