Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with prospective and utilizing reference materials, as needed.
Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
Assist prospective students with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
Generate sales that meet or exceed individual Targets.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Attend sales meetings to stay abreast of new services, changes within the industry, and changes within ExcelR.
