The ideal candidate will play a vital role in understanding students, goals, providing guidance, and ensuring informed decisions regarding their education and future career paths. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions with students to comprehend their academic objectives, interests, and challenges. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide detailed information about IMS Noida graduate and Postgraduate courses, along with various career pathways and converting into admissions. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay informed about current educational trends, industry requirements, andadmission processes to offer accurate and relevant information. \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course offerings, prerequisites, and any curriculum changes. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist students in the college application process, providing guidance on eligibility requirements, deadlines, and available scholarships. \xef\x82\xb7 Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to address common academic and career-related concerns among students. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and student interactions. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address academic and personal challenges faced by students. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and evaluate student progress, intervening as needed to ensure academic success. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must be conversant with CRM. \xef\x82\xb7 Worked in similar industry / courses is added advantage. \xef\x82\xb7 Can work under pressure / targets based performance. Desirables: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelors or Masters \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience (3-5 years) in academic counseling or a related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational and time-management abilities. \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth knowledge of educational programs, career paths, and admission processes. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with counseling techniques and resources. \xef\x82\xb7 Computer proficiency, including experience with counseling software and databases. \xef\x82\xb7 Growth Mindset Working Days- 6 Timing \xe2\x80\x93 9 AM To 6 PM ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE WALK-IN.
