Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads/database.
Counsel students and parents on
NEET and JEE programs
.
Identify students' academic needs and recommend the right program.
Explain course details, curriculum, fee structure, and program benefits.
Follow up with leads systematically to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and admissions in the CRM.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve queries effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline, education background preferred).
Experience in
telesales, counselling, or EdTech sales
is an advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and local language.
Strong ability to build rapport with parents and students.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
