About the Role We are actively looking for Academic Counsellors from Nashik and nearby cities who are open to relocating to Mumbai. This role will be based at our Lower Parel (West) in Mumbai and focuses on guiding students toward our Digital Marketing programs (Undergraduate & Graduate categories). You will manage and convert leads, counsel learners, drive admissions, and contribute directly to revenue and batch targets. This ensures a smoother shift to Mumbai while joining our team. What You'll Do Lead Management & Conversion
Manage and convert leads across all digital marketing programs.
Own the complete sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads.
Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
Counseling & Coordination
Provide detailed information and counseling via phone, email, and chat.
Conduct interviews and complete admission formalities.
Attend walk-ins and counsel on admissions-related queries.
Follow up with prospective learners who have visited IIDE.
Fee Collection & Vendor Coordination
Assist students in fee collection (online/offline).
Coordinate with education loan partners and external vendors.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless admissions.
Sales Optimization & Reporting
Improve sales conversion quality and performance.
Generate referral sales and revive old/lost applications.
Maintain a revenue-first mindset and contribute to batch target achievement.
Requirements Requirements Experience
Fresher and upto 8 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or similar roles.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal ability to build trust with learners.
High closing skills and strong negotiation ability.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Revenue-focused with strong numerical aptitude.
