Job Title: Academic Counselor

We are looking for an Academic Counselor who will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward enrolling in the right courses offered by the organization. The role involves interacting with prospective students, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students through calls Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments Maintain accurate student and lead data Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation Provide timely and accurate information about courses and batches

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates from EdTech background are preferred, but not mandatory Candidates from Sales, Customer Support, or even non-sales backgrounds are welcome to apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
