We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team at Future Dream Makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance, career counseling, and creating a roadmap for students to make informed decisions regarding their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Academic Counseling: Offer personalized academic advice to students based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.


Career Guidance: Help students understand various career paths and educational opportunities by identifying their skills, goals, and potential.


College & Course Selection: Assist students in selecting the right courses and institutions based on their career aspirations and academic profiles.


Entrance Exam Preparation: Guide students in preparing for entrance exams, offering resources, tips, and a structured study plan.


Parent Interactions: Regularly communicate with parents to update them on their child's academic progress and counseling outcomes.


Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to expose students to new educational trends, opportunities, and industry insights.


Application Support: Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to universities, colleges, and scholarships.


Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of counseling sessions, student profiles, and progress.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, technology or a related field.


Proven experience in academic counseling or career guidance, preferably within an educational consultancy or school environment.


Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Deep understanding of various academic fields, courses, and career paths.


Familiarity with Indian and international education systems and entrance exams.


Ability to work with students of various age groups and backgrounds.


Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
