Centuria Skill Development Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and advising prospective students regarding our educational programs and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic pursuits.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide personalized guidance and counseling to prospective students regarding various educational programs offered by the company.

2.Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses or programs.

3.Explain program details, curriculum, admission requirements, and career prospects to students and address any queries or concerns they may have.

4.Assist students in completing admission applications and enrollment procedures accurately and efficiently.

5.Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of student admissions, registrations, and related processes.

6.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions data.

7.Participate in promotional events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote the company's educational offerings and attract potential students.

8.Stay updated on industry trends, educational policies, and market demands to provide relevant and informed guidance to students.

9. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centre

10. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of

respective location

11. You shall make productive house calls .

12. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving

career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc

13. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS

14. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.

15. You shall make productive BA tie ups

16. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.Minimum Education Graduate

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in academic counseling, student advisement, or a similar role.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

6.Proficiency in computer applications and educational software.

7.Knowledge of educational policies, admission procedures, and career counseling techniques.

8.Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
