Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer support within the education sector. You will play a key role in guiding students to choose the right test prep courses, offering personalized advice, and ensuring they stay on track with their learning goals.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding Testbook's courses and learning paths via phone, chat, or email.

Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets through effective follow-ups.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.

Provide post-enrollment support to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Ed-tech experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
