Role Overview:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for inside sales of professional training programs. This is a B2C sales role where you will directly interact with students and working professionals, guiding them to select the right career-enhancing courses.

Responsibilities:

Handle inside sales for professional programs in domains like:

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Machine Learning (ML)

Digital Marketing

Java

Python

And other high-demand tech skills

Convert company-generated leads into successful admissions

Meet the monthly target of 15 admissions

Explain course details, career benefits, and address student queries

Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely closures

Work closely with the admissions team to meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹91,000.00 per month
