SILICA Institute offers high-quality preparation & coaching for entrance exams for NID, NIFT, CEED, UCEED, NATA, JEE Paper 2, Art CET and Foreign Universities.

Over the last 18+ years, more than 15,000 SILICA students have successfully begun their design careers in premier institutions such as IIT-IDC, NID, NIFT, CEPT, SPA, UID, MIT, SRISHTI, ISDI, Pearl Academy, J.J. College of Architecture / Art, Rachana Sansad, and others.

We are looking for Academic Counselor with 0 to 2 years of experience in an Educational Institute. Who is well-versed in communication skills and has basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.

Timings - 10 am to 7 pm OR 11 am to 8 pm

Saturday Sunday Compulsory Working

One week off can be taken fixed or rotation in between Tuesday to Friday

Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission Set sales targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with the company's goals Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities. Supervises the activities of subordinates. Oversee daily center operations and coordinate center activities. Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organizations and university departments associated with center projects. Developing new business & market opportunities.
Requirements:

Should have good sales skills with experience in Counseling and Centro Management. Focused and possess a sales mindset. Demonstrates high ethical values. Enthusiastic and self-driven. Proficient Written and Oral communication Skills Graduate in any stream
