and are seeking dynamic

Academic Counsellors

to guide students enrolling for

German, Japanese, and Hebrew language programs.

Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for promoting language courses, handling inquiries, counseling students on suitable programs, and ensuring smooth admission and onboarding processes. This role requires excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills to achieve monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Enrolment

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries for

German, Japanese, and Hebrew

language courses. Counsel students about course levels (A1-C2 for German, N5-N1 for Japanese, Beginner-Advanced for Hebrew) and career/migration prospects. Assess student goals and recommend the most appropriate course plan. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.

Lead Management & Follow-up

Maintain accurate records of all leads and follow up regularly via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for leads received through ads and social media. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Admission Coordination

Guide students through registration, fee payment, and documentation processes. Schedule and confirm class timings with trainers and students. Coordinate demo sessions and ensure smooth student onboarding.

Promotion & Representation

Participate in offline/online promotional campaigns and student orientation programs. Represent the academy during education fairs, webinars, and open house events. Maintain strong knowledge of each course structure, trainer profile, and training outcomes.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with trainers and the academic head to ensure batch formation and class planning. Provide feedback to management on student preferences and course improvements.

Qualification & Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree (any discipline). Minimum

1 year of experience

in academic counselling or sales (education sector preferred). Excellent communication in

English and Malayalam

(additional language advantage: Hindi or Tamil). Strong convincing ability, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation. Passionate about helping students build global careers through language learning.
