We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to guide students in understanding academic programs, course structures, and learning pathways. The role focuses on student support, academic planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic guidance to students regarding courses, programs, and learning plans Assist students in understanding curriculum structure, eligibility, and academic requirements Respond to student inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions Support student onboarding and orientation processes Maintain accurate student records and counseling notes Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to address student concerns Monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic support Share program-related information clearly and professionally Follow institutional policies and academic guidelines
