Key Responsibilities
? Counsel students on course selection, career paths, and program benefits.
? Manage student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
? Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
? Explain fees, duration, certifications, and placement support.
? Assist students and parents throughout the entire admission process.
? Maintain accurate lead and student data in the CRM system.
? Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission planning.
Requirements & Skills
? Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
? Bachelor's degree in business management or any other discipline.
? Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
? Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
