Reach out to student leads via phone and follow up regularly to maintain engagement
Understand each student's educational background, interests, and career goals
Recommend appropriate CB Tech courses that align with their aspirations
Clearly explain course features, outcomes, and benefits to assist in decision-making
Guide students through the enrollment process and provide support until onboarding
Build strong rapport with students and ensure a smooth counseling experience
Maintain records of conversations, feedback, and lead status
Work closely with internal teams to stay informed about course updates and offerings
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to fluently speak English and Malayalam
Confident in explaining course content and addressing student concerns
Proven ability to persuade and convert leads into enrolled students
Passion for education and student success
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in student counseling, tele sales, or academic advisory is a plus
