We, D Soft Institute, are looking for an experienced and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path and academic programs. Also, maintain a strong relationship with students and parents.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on course selection, career paths, and program benefits
Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support.
Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admissions planning.
Assist students and parents throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
Target-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduated in any discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
