We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused

Academic Counsellor

to guide learners in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counselling students, explaining course offerings, and supporting enrolments while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career pathways Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries Explain course features, benefits, and learning outcomes clearly Assist students through the admission and onboarding process Maintain accurate student data in CRM systems Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions Meet counselling and enrolment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate (Education background preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong listening and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheets) Target-oriented mindset with a student-first approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in EdTech, education sales, or admissions counselling Familiarity with online learning platforms Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
