Academic Counsellor / Operations Growth Officer

Regular position

Salary Range: ?15,000 to 20,000 per month + Attractive incentive scheme extra.

Location - Chevayur, Kozhikode

Full time - Work from OFFICE mode. (09:00 to 05:30)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Conducted assessment of students.

Convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and persuasion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or tele calling.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive attitude with the ability to meet targets.

Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
