Key Responsibilities
This role involves a mix of outreach, guidance, sales, and administrative tasks:
Student Engagement & Enrolment:
Proactive Outreach:
Connect with interested potential students (
leads
) through phone calls, emails, and other channels to discuss educational programs.
Personalized Guidance:
Actively listen to students' aspirations, build strong rapport, and provide
tailored advice and support
to help them make informed academic decisions.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrolment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Program & Process Expertise:
Expert Knowledge:
Clearly and accurately explain program specifics, including
admission criteria, tuition fees, financial aid options, and potential career outcomes.
Lifecycle Management:
Guide candidates smoothly through every stage of the academic process, from initial inquiry right through to successful
enrollment and onboarding

Issue Resolution:
Professionally address and resolve student concerns, questions, and objections.
Collaboration & Data Management:
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a successful transition for new students.
Data Integrity:
Accurately use the
CRM system
to log all student interactions, progress, and relevant information.
Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date on program changes,
industry trends, and competitor offerings
to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience (Preferred):
Proven ability in
telesales, customer service, or other communication/sales-intensive roles
is a significant asset. Experience in the academic or education services sector is highly desirable.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
with strong interpersonal abilities.

Must be
