The ideal candidate must be confident, empathetic, and capable of guiding students toward the right academic and career pathways. Key Requirements: o Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam o Strong ability to engage with students and parents o Proven capability to convert enquiries into admissions o Experience as an Academic Counsellor is an added advantage o Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science (1-5 backlogs acceptable) given first preference, or any degree with strong communication and counselling skills o Ability to handle counselling sessions both one-on-one and in groups o Good understanding of academic/technical courses and student needs Responsibilities: o Handle walk-ins, enquiries, counselling calls, and follow-ups o Guide students on course selection based on their background and goals o Maintain high lead-conversion rates through professional counselling o Coordinate with academic and training teams for admissions and onboarding o Maintain counselling records and provide daily/weekly reports Why Join Us?
