Your goal is to help individuals make informed academic decisions while achieving Academic and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Communication:
Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and other communication channels who have expressed interest in our programs.
Program Guidance:
Explain program offerings, admission criteria, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career outcomes.
Relationship Building:
Establish rapport with students by understanding their educational aspirations and providing personalized advice.
Academic Support:
Guide candidates through every step of the Academic process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly Academic goals and other key performance metrics.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and student progress in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Objection Handling:
Address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate informed decisions.
Industry Awareness:
Stay informed about program updates, education trends, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role (experience in education/Academic services preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
Persuasive and confident communicator capable of converting leads into Academics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
