ASB Training Hub is a leading SAP training institute in Trivandrum, committed to delivering industry-relevant skills to aspiring professionals. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and driven Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team.

Role: Academic Counselor

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Language Requirement: English - Fluency (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about our training programs and career paths

Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins

Provide guidance on course selection and admission process

Follow up with leads to achieve admission targets

Maintain student records and generate reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher

0-5 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or student support roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication

Positive attitude and a goal-driven approach
