Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our Palakkad branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, calls, and online leads. Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission processes. Conduct telecalling to follow up with leads and ensure conversion to admissions. Maintain and update lead records, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to support admission campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for continued engagement.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years in academic counselling, admissions, or a related field (education industry preferred). Proven ability to achieve admission or sales targets. Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and goal-oriented with strong follow-up abilities. Comfortable with telecalling and handling high-volume enquiries. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
