Admissions Counsellor

to be the first point of contact for our prospective students, guiding them on their journey to a successful tech career.

Your Role



As an Admissions Counsellor, you will be the face of our institute, responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families. You will provide them with all the necessary information about our programs, admission criteria, and campus life, ensuring a smooth and positive application experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary contact

for all admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Counsel prospective students

on our various technology courses, curriculum, and career outcomes to help them make informed decisions.

Conduct campus tours

and information sessions, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and dynamic learning environment.

Guide applicants

through the entire admission process, from application submission and document verification to final enrollment.

Represent the Core Institute of Technology

at education fairs, college visits, demonastartions and other recruitment events.

Maintain accurate records

of student interactions and application statuses in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team

to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

in both

English

and

Malayalam

. Previous experience in academic admissions, educational counselling, sales, or customer service is a strong plus. A patient, empathetic, and approachable personality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in using MS Office and comfortable learning new CRM software.
