As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide academic guidance, advice, and support to students, helping them make informed decisions regarding their educational and career goals. You will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure students' academic success and overall well-being.
Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth and successful sales processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products or services.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-study.
