We are seeking a

confident and dynamic Academic Counsellor

with at least

1 year of experience

in student counselling. The candidate should have

excellent communication skills

, the ability to guide students effectively, and a supportive approach in helping them choose the right academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career options. Guide students in making informed educational and career decisions. Provide accurate information about admission procedures, courses, eligibility, and fee structure. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, online and offline. Maintain student records and follow up with inquiries for admissions. Organize orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops for students. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in academic counselling/education sector.

Confident and clear communication skills

(verbal & written). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
