We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Course Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending the most suitable training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
Counsel students on career-oriented training programs offered by ExpertzLab.
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
Explain course structures, fees, and career outcomes clearly and persuasively.
Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain and update the student database in CRM systems.
Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling demos and interviews.
Represent the institute at events, seminars, and career fairs when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or IT background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or sales in the education/training industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of the IT/software industry trends is a plus.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
