About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Academic Counsellor

to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career pathways. The role involves counselling students, handling inquiries, providing admission guidance, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study options, career opportunities, and academic pathways. Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Guide students through the admission process. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads. Achieve enrolment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education/Management/Commerce/Arts). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide and influence students positively. Prior experience in counselling/education sector is an added advantage.

Salary:

As per industry standards + incentives.
