Academic Counsellors
to join our dynamic student engagement and sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between students' academic goals and our educational solutions, guiding them through informed decision-making while driving enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls using our in-house lead database.
Understand individual academic goals, challenges, and preferences to suggest appropriate learning programs.
Clearly explain course offerings, schedules, and the unique benefits of choosing Xylem Learning.
Provide genuine, personalized academic counselling to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to stay informed about program updates and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).
Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or the education industry is a plus--but not mandatory.
