Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through their academic decisions while also driving admissions and building strategic relationships with colleges, corporates, and individual learners for our IT training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote IT training programs to individuals, colleges, and corporates. Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and online channels. Generate and convert leads through outreach and follow-ups. Build partnerships with colleges, placement cells, and corporate clients. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and campus drives. Achieve set admission and partnership targets. Maintain lead and conversion records using CRM tools. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Report performance updates and insights to management.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or business development (preferably in education or IT training sector). Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Goal-driven with strong time management and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of IT and career paths in the tech industry is a plus. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
